At GEMS Environmental Training we have, over the past 25 years, developed a set of rules that lead to high quality, effective, professional development programs.
These rules are:
We don’t deliver generic training – all of our programs are customised around the systems and programs of our clients.
We don’t talk theories – we talk practice and case studies. That’s what most people really understand.
We love working with operational teams – the people who “do the dirty work”.
We follow up – effective training should only be the start. It’s what you do after that training that makes the real long term difference.
By following these rules we have been able to work with our clients to significantly reduce environmental risk at their job sites across the country and across the world.
We have also worked with our clients in the development of a positive environmental culture across both small and large organisations essential for long-term environmental success.

We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 90708) initially certified in 2009.
